Renewal Selective Licence Application

We will complete and submit a renewal selective license application with the relevant local authority on your behalf.

Selective Licensing normally applies to properties with 1-2 occupants, if you're not sure what type of application you need, get in touch.

Additional fees will be payable to the local authority.

We will submit the application within 10 working days of receiving all relevant information from you.

If a new floor plan is required, an additional fee will be payable.
