Renewal HMO / Additional Licence Application

We will complete and submit a renewal HMO or Additional Licence application with the relevant local authority on your behalf.

Additional fees will be payable to the local authority.

We will submit the application within 10 working days of receiving all relevant information from you.

If a new floor plan is required, an additional fee will be payable.
