Property Search Service Registration Fee

We understand that finding the right property investment can be hard work, time consuming and often frustrating or unsuccessful. Our Property Search Service is the perfect way to save you time and help you achieve your financial goals.

We provide access to on/off market opportunities to our Search Service clients.

The first step is a  consultation/registration meeting which can be held face to face or online and will take up to an hour. Our consultant will discuss your investment requirements including which locations  and what investment strategy will enable you to meet your financial goals.

After the consultation/registration meeting is complete, the fees for our search service are as follows:

Managed clients: 2.5% of gross sale price. Other clients 3.5% of gross sale price.
