New Selective Licence Application

We will complete and submit a new Selective license with the relevant local authority on your behalf.

Selective Licensing normally applies to properties with 1-2 occupants, if you're not sure what type of application you need, get in touch.

Additional fees will be payable to the local authority.

We will submit the application within 10 working days of receiving all relevant information from you.

IMPORTANT: Some local authorities require a floor plan, for Selective License applications, if you don't have one there will be an additional charge.
