Landlords are data controllers under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations), which came into force in 2018.
As data controllers, landlords must register with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and ensure they comply with the regulations.
Our Data Protection Registration service includes the registration fee for the ICO for one year. We will register you with the ICO and provide you with the registration certificate in addition to providing you with access to our data protection documents which you can adopt to help you become compliant with the regulations.
