Our Commercial Property Listing package includes:

1. Full Marketing Brochure: Our professionally crafted marketing brochure highlights the unique features and advantages of your commercial property. High-quality photographs, engaging copy, and attractive layout showcase your investment in the best light, helping potential tenants understand the benefits of your property.

2. Listing on Rightmove Commercial: As a part of our service, your property will be featured on Rightmove Commercial, the UK's leading commercial property portal. This guarantees maximum exposure to a wide range of prospective tenants, increasing the likelihood of securing the best possible rental income.

3. Street Hoardings: Our eye-catching street hoardings, designed and installed in compliance with local planning regulations, will grab the attention of passersby and elevate your property's visibility in the local area. A visible presence on the street is invaluable when it comes to attracting the ideal tenant for your commercial space.

Letting Fee
Our letting fees are just 10% of one year's rent, with a minimum charge of £2,500 inc VAT.

Management Fee (optional)
If you'd like us to manage the lease, including rent collection, tenant liaison, and compliance, our fees are 3% of funds collected.
