Certificate of Lawful use / Development

We will complete and submit an application for certificate of lawful use or certificate of lawful development on your behalf to the relevant local authority.

Additional fees will be payable to the local authority.

We will submit the application within 10 working days of receiving all relevant information from you.

We will make a planning application to the relevant Local Authority to request a Certificate of Lawful Use/Development for your property based on information you provide.

We cannot guarantee the success of the application.

This fee is for Purple Frog's service; further fees will need to be paid to the Local Authority by you.

This service includes collating tenancy agreements  and tenant information, preparing
statutory declarations, arranging required site plans, completing the online application.

If additional work is required it will be charged at the hourly rate of £95 per hour inc vat.

New HMO / Additional / Selective Licence Application

We will complete and submit a new HMO, Additional or Selective license with the relevant local authority in your behalf.

Additional fees will be payable to the local authority.

We will submit the application within 10 working days of receiving all relevant information from you.

Includes full floor plan information of the property as required by the local authority.
